Welcome to our Bread and Pizza Masterclass, where culinary tradition meets the joy of sharing! Nestled in the welcoming atmosphere of the heart of Sorrento, we invite you to discover the art of bread-making and Neapolitan pizza preparation in a collective and festive experience.

Our courses, led by passionate expert chefs, will take you on a sensory journey. You will uncover the secrets of Neapolitan pizza, characterized by its thin, soft base and high, fluffy crust, while also learning to create fragrant bread with an intoxicating aroma. Together, we will select fresh, authentic ingredients, from San Marzano tomato sauce to buffalo mozzarella, as the delightful scents of freshly baked bread and cooking pizza fill the air.

 

Our beautiful oven becomes the heart of the school, releasing enveloping aromas that whet the appetite and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. We will all work together, laughing and sharing stories as we prepare our delicious creations.

 
 

At the end of the course, everyone will gather to savor their own creations! Enjoying warm bread and freshly baked pizza, paired with excellent local wines, will be the highlight of the day. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the fruits of our labor, share laughter, and indulge in an authentic and delicious meal.

The Art of Bread and Pizza: An Experience to Live and Savor

What We’ll Do: Knead, Bake, and Savor

Our bread and pizza school offers an authentic and engaging experience for all guests. Together with our master pizzaiolo, you will learn to prepare various types of bread: with salami, onion, walnuts, and the classic white bread. Next, you will move on to pizza dough, experimenting with traditional variations like marinara, margherita, and diavola, while learning recipes and secrets to replicate at home. You will be welcomed with a prosecco before getting hands-on. While waiting for the dough to rise and cook, enjoy a rich appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses. Then, we will focus on making both bread and pizza. After preparing the pizza, you will top and bake it alongside the pizzaiolo, and finally, taste your creations. At the end of the day, you will have a short lesson on how to make tiramisu, one of Italy’s most beloved desserts, concluding with authentic Neapolitan coffee. Throughout the event, a bottle of craft beer will be included for every two people, or a bottle of wine of your choice from prosecco, white, red, and rosé options.
